Account Management#

Review this topic to learn how to manage your team, configure user permissions, and download data from the platform. Whether you're an administrator setting up team access or an individual user looking to retrieve your information, you'll find step-by-step instructions for efficiently handling these core functions.

Manage Your Team#

Teams provide a way for you to group users. There is no limit to the number of members or administrators a team can have, but each team can only have one owner.

If you'd like to create a team for your organization or request to be assigned as the OWNER of your team, contact us at support@dreadnode.io.

MEMBER - Leave a team -

If you are an OWNER or an ADMIN for a team, here's how to manage the members of your team:

  1. Navigate to the Account page in the left navigation.
  2. Scroll to the Teams Info section.
  3. Click Invite Team Member and enter the email address of the user you'd like to add to your team. If you're an OWNER, you can assign the ADMIN role to a user.
  4. Click Send Invite.

If you are a MEMBER, and you'd like to leave your team:

  1. Navigate to the Account page in the left navigation.
  2. Scroll to the Teams Info section.
  3. Click Leave Team.

Download Your Data#

After you've completed a Challenge, you can download all of your historical query data to analyze your Challenge data.

To download your Challenge data:

  1. Navigate to the Account page in the left navigation.
  2. Select the Challenge for which data you want to download.
  3. Select Download Data.

Note that the requested Challenge data may not appear in your Downloads for 30 minutes.
